1. Act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, delivering personalised, memorable client experiences in accordance with brand standards.
2. Achieve individual and store sales objectives, contribute to team targets and pursue commission opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using Louis Vuitton’s clienteling tools and CRM systems; ensure accurate client records and follow-up.
4. Advise clients across all product categories through expert product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.
5. Continuously master product knowledge, seasonal collections and brand history to elevate client interactions.
6. Support store operations as needed to ensure a refined in-store environment and a seamless client journey.

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or client-facing roles; experience in luxury or high‑end retail strongly preferred.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrating commercial acumen.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
4. Proficiency with clienteling or CRM tools and ability to manage client data responsibly.
5. Availability to work on-site at the Clearfork boutique, including retail hours, weekends and holidays as required.

Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within the luxury or high-end market; candidates from strong customer-centric backgrounds will also be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
