- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain deep product and brand knowledge across all categories to advise clients effectively.
- Leverage in-house clienteling tools and systems to manage client relationships, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, upsell and close transactions including commission-driven sales.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a consistent, elevated client experience and maintain store standards.
- Minimum three years' experience in retail or sales; experience in a luxury or high-end environment preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and to manage a varied client portfolio.
- Availability to work on-site full time, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Minimum three years of retail or sales experience, preferably within the luxury or high-end market, with demonstrated success against individual sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, fashion, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
