1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in accordance with the Louis Vuitton promise, ensuring every client receives a seamless luxury experience.
2. Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Proactively engage and develop long-term client relationships through outreach and clienteling activities using clienteling tools.
4. Advise clients across the brand and all product categories, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge and cross-category selling.
5. Contribute as a committed team player to store activities and initiatives that support overall store objectives.
6. Continuously learn and master brand, product and merchandising knowledge to maintain service excellence.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, fashion or a related industry, preferably within luxury retail.
2. Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills.
3. Client-centric mindset with proactive sales orientation and strong sense of ownership.
4. Ability to perform under pressure, high motivation, and collaborative team spirit.
5. Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin or other third languages are a significant advantage.
