1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across all touchpoints, building long-term relationships and driving client loyalty.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role within premium brands.
2. Proven track record of selling to a sophisticated, internationally minded clientele and achieving sales targets.
3. Strong commercial mindset, with ability to balance customer service and revenue objectives.
4. Demonstrated professionalism, resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-first attitude; ability to represent an iconic Maison with discretion and warmth.
