Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Identify and fulfill client needs to enhance their experience and perception of the brand.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships utilizing in-house clienteling tools.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Master brand and product knowledge to effectively advise clients across all product categories.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
  • Strong background in a customer-centric environment.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, ideally within luxury retail or a customer-centric environment.
