Louis Vuitton Celebrity Coordination Project Manager

- Manage the budget for celebrity and influencer collaborations, including expense tracking, invoice control, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with financial control teams to ensure accurate budget reporting and justification of expenses.
- Organize logistics for photoshoots and events involving celebrities and influencers, including venue booking, equipment management, catering, and transportation.
- Book and negotiate rates for hair and makeup artists, stylists, photographers, and other service providers.
- Oversee travel arrangements for talents, including transportation, accommodation, and visa requirements.
- Ensure on-site coordination during shoots and events, addressing any unforeseen issues and talent requests.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, talents, and their agents to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and logistical management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and unexpected challenges.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and project management tools.
- Understanding of contract law.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with at least 3 years in administrative and logistical roles, ideally within the luxury fashion or a related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
