1. Manage the budget for celebrity and influencer collaborations, including expense tracking, invoice control, and variance analysis.
2. Coordinate with financial control teams to ensure accurate budget reporting and justification of expenses.
3. Organize logistics for photoshoots and events involving celebrities and influencers, including venue booking, equipment management, catering, and transportation.
4. Book and negotiate rates for hair and makeup artists, stylists, photographers, and other service providers.
5. Oversee travel arrangements for talents, including transportation, accommodation, and visa requirements.
6. Ensure on-site coordination during shoots and events, addressing any unforeseen issues and talent requests.
7. Facilitate communication between internal teams, talents, and their agents to ensure seamless collaboration.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and logistical management, preferably in a similar industry.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach.
2. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and unexpected challenges.
3. Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and project management tools.
4. Understanding of contract law.
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with at least 3 years in administrative and logistical roles, ideally within the luxury fashion or a related industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
