1. Define and deploy the school's relations strategy in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Director and HR Director, including promoting the brand to schools both in France and internationally.
2. Develop financial partnerships and organize school-related activities such as forums, business cases, and workshops.
3. Oversee the budgetary and administrative management of school relations activities, tracking impact, key indicators, and budget.
4. Propose and develop a campus communication and employer branding strategy, animate internal actions, and monitor new practices.
5. Collaborate on cross-functional projects related to Young Talent with the Talent Acquisition team and HR headquarters.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Campus Management.
2. Previous experience in campus management or event management is advantageous.

4. Strong organizational skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
