1. Lead negotiations and contract signings with key landlords and cross-functional teams, including external back-of-house operations, regional hubs, temporary stores, and main store renewals or expansions.
2. Serve as the primary contact for multiple projects, securing marketing resources, gathering competitive intelligence, and coordinating relevant groups to expedite project timelines.
3. Provide competitor insight and intelligence to support decision-making processes, including data collection and analysis of store areas and facades, and prepare presentations as needed.
4. Act as the store back-of-house gatekeeper by analyzing sales needs against company resources.
5. Address ad-hoc business needs and manage daily operational processes.

1. Attention to detail and logical thinking with strong analytical skills and sensitivity to numbers; a finance background is advantageous.
