Louis Vuitton Assistant Logistics Manager

- Launch products in the market in alignment with global launch dates.
- Collaborate with the Zone on supply chain matters, including importation and logistics requirements for the market.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, third-party warehouses, and logistics service providers.
- Manage tax refunds process and lead time with DB Schenker.
- Proactively manage importation requirements, license/permit applications, and other government regulatory requirements.
- Resolve issues with customs brokers regarding licenses, permits, and applications.
- Prepare documents and meetings for post-custom clearance.
- Coordinate shipment status updates and receptions with retail, PR, CD, and VM teams.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for vendor payment arrangements and stock reconciliation.
- Manage fragrance product registration with the pharmacist and Central.
- Oversee local inventory destruction, including vendor selection for surveying and destruction.
- Coordinate IT/system support and security requirements.
- Set up and manage CLOC for e-commerce operations in the country.
- Utilize RMS software effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and Philippine regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems such as SAP, RMS, and Xstore.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with safety and security regulations related to logistics operations.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
