2. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their requests, including initials, personalized crests, and portraits.
3. Review, evaluate, and assess client requests, managing timeline expectations.
4. Include a sample of artwork or a link to an artistic portfolio on the resume.
5. Complete a painting assessment for final review.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $33-$38 plus the opportunity for a bonus.
