- Provide administrative support to corporate departments, enhancing overall business functionality.
- Serve as the primary contact among executive leadership and stakeholders, managing communication channels efficiently.
- Oversee the receiving and shipping of national and international parcels.
- Manage travel itineraries and flight ticket purchases for internal and external use.
- Supervise departmental POS, invoice processing, vendor setup, and distribution center requests.
- Maintain data management and input accuracy.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders across the LVA zone.
- Prioritize and manage emails and correspondences, initiating routine and non-routine communication.
- Coordinate corporate office supply purchases and manage office administration tasks.
- Conduct logistics tasks including full counts, staff sales, and assembly of foreign trade files.
- Oversee monthly reporting for store working hours.
- Manage PR tasks such as editorial loan reception, celebrity gifting, and showroom inventory.
- Collaborate with the Regional Team to enhance client experiences, manage databases, and support event planning.
- Assist in hosting coordination during live events and follow-ups with stores to nurture client relationships.
- Support Human Resources in organizing employee events and corporate birthday celebrations.
- Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Sophisticated communication skills across various platforms.
- Ability to maintain composure and foster trust within a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in data management and administrative tasks.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant administrative role is required.
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
