Louis Vuitton Administrative Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Corporate Departments, enhancing overall business functionality.
- Serve as the primary liaison among executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders, managing all communication streams.
- Coordinate the receiving and shipping of national and international parcels.
- Oversee travel itinerary reviews and flight ticket purchases for internal and external use.
- Manage departmental POS, track and process invoices, set up vendors, and handle head office requests from the distribution center.
- Conduct data management and input tasks.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the LVA zone.
- Review and prioritize emails and correspondences, initiating routine and non-routine correspondence with minimal direction.
- Handle corporate office supply purchases and office administration tasks such as building and parking access.
- Conduct logistics tasks including full counts, staff sales, and assembly of foreign trade files.
- Oversee monthly reporting for store working hours.
- Manage PR tasks such as reception of editorial loans, celebrity gifting, and showroom inventory.
- Collaborate with the Regional Team to ensure an elevated client experience for top clients, including database support and creation of monthly reports.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of vendor and store events.
- Coordinate hosting during live events and follow-ups with stores to nurture client relationships.
- Assist with logistics for client programs and international experiences for VIP clients.
- Support Human Resources in organizing employee events and corporate birthdays.
- Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Sophisticated communication skills in person, by phone, and email.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide insight to foster trust and support development.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Retail experience is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in retail.
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
