1. Provide administrative and operational accounting support to the stores and regional accounting team.
2. Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and sales reconciliations.
3. Assist with Capex monitoring and related reporting.
4. Contribute to declarations and compliance tasks such as VAT, Intrastat, and statistics.
5. Support in monthly closings and financial reporting.
6. Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
7. Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
8. Collaborate with external stakeholders including suppliers, stores, and business partners.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Internship agreement provided by the university is mandatory.

1. Strong command of English; knowledge of another local language (Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage.
2. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
5. Proactive, flexible, and eager to take initiative.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career.
