2. Operate manual processes such as loading/unloading machines and using industrial washers to develop a comprehensive understanding of all operational activities in the department.
3. Develop and share specific knowledge about the effects of fulling agents on various types of natural fibers during thermal washing and drying cycles.
4. Monitor the quality of work performed to ensure it meets required standards.
5. Manage daily activities according to established timelines, ensuring operational efficiency.
6. Utilize company IT systems for data and departmental flow management.
7. Propose procedural or technical improvements.

1. Knowledge of the textile industry, preferably knitwear.
2. Proficiency in using IT systems.
