- Support planning and execution of worldwide and local window concepts, pop-ups, pop-ins, and special activations, including on-site installation assistance in the New York market.
- Assist with collection launches and retail events (in-store trunk shows, wholesale caravans, offsite collaborations) by distributing VM installation guides, coordinating tool orders and logistics, and providing onsite support.
- Maintain and update VM calendars, creative asset inventories, installation tracking documents and photo reports to ensure accurate documentation of rollouts.
- Support VM department operational workflows: budget updates, invoice collection/submission, tool ordering and coordination with Store Planning and local vendors.
- Upload, organize and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, decks and assets on designated digital channels for the North America VM network.
- Collaborate with the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager and VM Field Team on monthly rotations, collection preparation and implementation of new VM tools.
- Communicate effectively across global and local teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and implementation of visual concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in progress (student status required for internship eligibility).
- Available full-time for the internship period; standard schedule M–F, 9:00–18:00 with Friday remote work.
- Visually engaged, detail oriented and a quick visual learner with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- High level of initiative, goal orientation and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working across functional and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively; enjoys relationship management.
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
