1. Collaborate closely with designers to achieve desired fit and stylistic features.
2. Conduct and participate in all fittings, implementing necessary adjustments.
3. Create and update detailed technical notes using PLM systems.
4. Visit suppliers during garment production phases.
5. Analyze material consumption needs to optimize costs and minimize waste.

1. Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Pattern Maker, preferably in the luxury or contemporary fashion sector.

1. Excellent understanding of garment construction, processing, fabrics, and design principles.
2. Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software and manual pattern-making techniques.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, suppliers, production).

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury or contemporary fashion industry.
