Loro Piana Tax Specialist

1. Monitor developments in tax regulations, assess their impact on Group companies, and propose appropriate solutions.
2. Share internal know-how and issue procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Support various business functions in managing tax aspects related to contract drafting, corporate compliance requirements, and IT systems implementation and maintenance.
4. Prepare, review, and control all tax compliance activities, including tax returns, VAT, and 770, while monitoring related deadlines.
5. Manage activities related to tax audits, tax disputes, and pre-litigation matters.
6. Prepare and update Transfer Pricing documentation (Master File, Local File) for various Group companies.

1. Degree in Economics or related fields.
2. 2–4 years of experience in similar roles within professional firms or corporate tax departments.
3. Strong technical knowledge of corporate taxation, local and international taxation, corporate law, accounting, and general tax compliance.
4. Knowledge of Italian GAAP accounting principles (IAS/IFRS is a plus).
5. Fluent spoken and written English.

At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within professional firms or corporate tax departments.
