- Oversee sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing action plans to optimize business opportunities.
- Achieve quantitative targets through strategic planning and identifying client and Very Important Client (VIC) opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIC initiatives to reflect an elevated brand image.
- Maintain communication with the store team, retail leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
- Evaluate market trends and perform competitive analysis to identify areas of potential sales growth.
- Support the sales process by ensuring the highest level of luxury service and navigate critical situations professionally.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to oversee a successful store team through task delegation and performance management.
- Provide effective guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster professional growth and a productive work environment.
- Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
- Participate in scouting and selection of new team members by collaborating with HR partners.
- Enhance comprehension of operational procedures including inventory management and strategic scheduling.
- Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee the After Sales process including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
- Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing expenditure within budget constraints.
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.
- 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
- Ability to travel and work weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Minimum of 5 years in management and sales within a luxury retail environment.
Salary range of $120,000 to $135,000 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise and performance.
