1. Oversee sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing action plans to optimize business opportunities.
2. Achieve quantitative targets through strategic planning and identifying client and VIC opportunities.
3. Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIC initiatives.
4. Maintain communication with the store team, retail leaders, and cross-functional partners.
5. Evaluate market trends and perform competitive analysis.
6. Support the sales process by ensuring luxury service and professionalism.
7. Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to oversee the store team.
8. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
9. Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
10. Participate in scouting and selection of new team members.
11. Enhance comprehension of operational procedures including inventory management and scheduling.
12. Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts and fiscal inventory.
13. Oversee the After Sales process including alterations and repairs.
14. Report store facilities and maintenance issues.
15. Manage store expenses related to profit and loss.
16. Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.

1. 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
3. Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented.
4. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
5. Ability to travel and work weekends.
6. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
