16. Manage stockroom products and materials appropriately.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury goods business in complex international environments.
2. Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Retail preferred.
6. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
