Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

1. Provide financial and business support through forecasts, insights, presentations, reports, and analysis.
2. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
3. Support the accounting team with monthly closing tasks such as accruals preparation and rent calculation.
4. Lead initiatives to improve and develop key reporting documents.
5. Communicate and collaborate with department leaders to monitor and control department spending.
6. Analyze current and past trends in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior management.
8. Participate in ad-hoc projects and collaborate with the FP&A Manager.
9. Prepare monthly cash flow variances and support cash forecast activities.
10. Provide ad hoc support to Accounts Receivable and Accounting teams.

1. Background in Corporate Finance and Accounting
2. Bachelor's degree (minimum)
3. 1-3 years of relevant experience
4. Experience in retail and/or Luxury Goods Industry is a plus

2. Great interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
3. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive
4. Positive attitude under pressure
5. Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
6. Experience with SAP and/or Hyperion is a plus
7. Eligibility to work within the United States

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree (minimum)

The salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 a year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
