1. Drive and coordinate key Retail Operations projects at a global level, ensuring timely execution and alignment across regions and internal stakeholders.
2. Partner on Omnichannel initiatives to ensure seamless implementation of new tools and processes in stores.
3. Prepare structured reporting and presentations.
4. Lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of Retail Operations guidelines and procedures.
5. Oversee the governance and evolution of the company tool dedicated to operational guidelines and procedures, ensuring usability and adoption.
6. Ensure guidelines are clearly communicated and understood by stores, supporting training initiatives when required.
7. Monitor compliance with operational standards, policies, and internal control requirements, proactively identifying gaps and improvement areas.

1. 4-6 years’ experience in Retail Operations or Store Operations, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
2. Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
3. Detail-oriented.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
6. Fluent in English and Italian.

Minimum 5 years in Retail Operations or Store Operations, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
