1. Drive and coordinate key Retail Operations projects at a global level, ensuring timely execution and alignment across regions and internal stakeholders.
2. Collaborate on Omnichannel initiatives to ensure seamless implementation of new tools and processes in stores.
3. Prepare structured reporting and presentations.
4. Lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of Retail Operations guidelines and procedures.
5. Oversee the governance and evolution of the company tool dedicated to operational guidelines and procedures, ensuring usability and adoption.
6. Ensure guidelines are clearly communicated and understood by stores, supporting training initiatives when required.
7. Monitor compliance with operational standards, policies, and internal control requirements, proactively identifying gaps and improvement areas.

1. 4-6 years’ experience in Retail Operations or Store Operations, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluent in English and Italian.
