1. Facilitate the supply ordering process, including printed materials, supplies, and inventory management.
2. Aid in the store packaging order process to ensure efficient operations.
3. Contribute to the creation of weekly Retail communications.
4. Participate in project management activities for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
5. Provide operational support during Loro Piana sales events.
6. Assist the Retail Operations team in daily tasks including processing orders, managing uniforms, and coordinating with vendors.
7. Aid in Project Management by updating guidelines and optimizing processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in progress
2. In-store retail experience

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and other digital tools
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills
3. Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving and project management skills

Beginner level experience in retail operations or related fields.
