1. Contribute to the analysis of key merchandising drivers to support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.
2. Analyze business performance by evaluating sell-thru, sell-in, sell-out, bestsellers, slow movers, and other relevant KPIs.
3. Monitor sales and develop forecasts and projections to optimize stock levels across channels.
4. Analyze sales and stock data daily to provide actionable insights.
5. Support the team during sales campaigns by contributing to the development of guidelines for regional merchandising teams.
6. Participate in order revisions with regional merchandisers during seasonal selling campaigns.
7. Collaborate with other corporate departments on cross-functional activities to ensure retail needs are met.

1. Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

1. Advanced knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical skills with a passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
3. Interest and sensitivity towards the luxury sector.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
5. Problem-solving skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
6. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in a second language is beneficial.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for those at the start of their career journey.
