1. Implement and uphold global and local visual merchandising guidelines across retail and wholesale locations.
2. Conduct regular store visits to launch new collections, refresh displays, and assess store standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising initiatives with business objectives.
4. Meet weekly with the Vice President of Visual Merchandising to align on responsibilities and priorities.
5. Partner with various managers to deliver high-visibility special projects such as pop-ups and trunk shows.
6. Lead and facilitate weekly meetings with area managers to discuss business results, feedback, and training.
7. Manage and execute window and visual merchandising rotations in top locations, providing feedback remotely.
8. Adapt global visual guidelines to achieve extraordinary displays aligned with brand vision and local strategy.
9. Develop relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand visual merchandising expectations.
10. Ensure accountability for exceptional visual merchandising maintenance and pristine store environments.
11. Identify and manage visual merchandising training opportunities for area management and store teams.
12. Collaborate to develop visual strategies for key markets during peak seasons.

1. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in visual merchandising and window styling.
2. Experience in managing multiple stores within retail, outlet, and wholesale.
3. Proven team leadership and people development skills.
4. Luxury fashion experience preferred.
5. Creative background in styling, merchandising, or art.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
8. Ability to travel up to 75%; valid driver's license and passport required.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising and window styling, with a focus on luxury fashion.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 USD per year, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
