1. Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand and share stylistic designs, organizing related activities.
2. Conduct raw material research with a focus on sustainable and certified materials.
3. Coordinate prototype production with suppliers, ensuring planning, timing, and quality standards are met.
4. Launch prototypes and canvases with the support of the product room team.
5. Support cost negotiation and verify cost sheets.
6. Guide the compilation of bills of materials in collaboration with the product room team.
7. Ensure style boards and files are updated with necessary changes.
8. Participate in fittings for the clearance of canvases and prototypes.
9. Optimize raw material launches according to the collection brief and budget.
10. Conduct quality checks on raw materials before final confection stages.
11. Manage sample book launches and sample returns with the product room team.
12. Collaborate with styling to define accessory pairings.
13. Check and control sample garments, managing the implementation of changes.
14. Participate in fit and shedding tests with the technical department.
15. Launch pre-production samples with support from the product room team.
16. Share production alteration information with the merchandising department.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion industry.
2. Knowledge of the textile process.
