1. Maintain and update internal procurement databases to support decision-making and reporting;
2. Classify, monitor and administratively manage suppliers and associated purchasing contracts;
3. Operate and manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to support purchasing workflows;
4. Assist the procurement team in sourcing, contracting and purchasing operations, including supplier interactions;
5. Contribute to international procurement projects and cross-border sourcing initiatives;
6. Provide operational back‑office support for procurement processes and team administration.

1. Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or a closely related discipline;
2. High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
3. Prior exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage;
4. Strong problem‑solving aptitude, precision and attention to detail;
5. Demonstrated team orientation and flexibility in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment;
6. Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
