1. Manage a team of back-of-house staff involved in operational duties and merchandise logistics, providing continuous professional development through coaching and feedback.
2. Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure inventory needs and replenishments align with sales potential.
3. Optimize inventory management and streamline operational processes, overseeing the accurate processing of shipments and transfers.
4. Supervise the movement of merchandise from back-of-house to the sales floor, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
5. Conduct cycle counts as per corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies promptly. Perform regular audits to verify product conditions.
6. Identify opportunities for improvement in back-of-house functions to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Collaborate with the Store Manager to facilitate performance management by providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
8. Enforce company policies and safety procedures, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
9. Maintain clean, neat, and organized stock rooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales.
10. Manage reservations and consignments, resolving issues according to company guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of operational management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
4. Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of operational management experience, ideally within a luxury retail setting.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
