- Oversee the administration of sales incentive calculations, including commission and Store Manager bonus calculations.
- Support the development and communication of new and revised company policies.
- Drive the evolution of HR Operations by providing best-in-class knowledge and recommendations.
- Ensure newly hired employees are trained on compensation, benefits, and HR programs.
- Support the Senior Manager in the annual bonus and salary review process.
- Manage leave of absence claims and educate employees on LOA programs.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Stay informed of State and Federal policy law changes to ensure compliance.
- Assist with the annual benefits open enrollment process, providing guidance to employees.
- Administer LVMH health and welfare, and 401k benefits.
- Support internal and external reporting requirements, including Headcount and EEO Reports.
- Develop SOP processes and guides for HR operational activities.
- Assist in HR projects, including maintaining the HR Portal.
- Support staff composition and cost definition in budget/forecast processes.
- Analyze, monitor, and manage bonus calculations and payouts.
- Conduct HR labor cost analysis and reporting on HR KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and/or HR Operations.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management tools like SAP Success Factor.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and/or HR Operations is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
