1. Enter and monitor orders in the system.
2. Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and proforma invoices.
3. Submit merchandise pickup requests to couriers.
4. Manage post-sales activities, including resolving complaints, verifying shipping errors, and addressing product quality issues.
5. Handle requests for advance payments for stock sales.
6. Coordinate shipments and materials required for testing and certifications.
7. Support Logistics and Warehouse teams (Finished Product, both internal and external) in stock verification and control.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and administrative-bureaucratic concepts (e.g., VAT, payment terms, Incoterms, letter of credit).
3. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and S400.
4. Attention to detail and precision.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in English.

Beginner level experience is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
