Loro Piana Logistics Operations Assistant

- Enter and monitor orders in the system.
- Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and proforma invoices.
- Submit merchandise pickup requests to couriers.
- Manage post-sales activities, including resolving complaints, verifying shipping errors, and addressing product quality issues.
- Handle requests for advance payments for stock sales.
- Coordinate shipments and materials required for testing and certifications.
- Support Logistics and Warehouse teams (Finished Product, both internal and external) in stock verification and control.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and administrative-bureaucratic concepts (e.g., VAT, payment terms, Incoterms, letter of credit).
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and S400.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Beginner level experience is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
