1. Oversee all showroom operations to ensure seamless daily functions.
2. Provide exceptional customer service through client order entry and follow-up.
3. Maintain the sample room, manage supply flow, and organize the showroom, including ordering sample replenishments from Italy.
4. Coordinate sample requests from agents on the East Coast and fabric schemes for clients.
5. Develop and update organizational systems to manage showroom workflow.
6. Assist clients in the showroom with their fabric needs.
7. Handle order entry, follow-up, and proactive customer support.
8. Perform various duties as requested by management.

1. College degree preferred.

1. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Exceptional client focus with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of SAP System is advantageous.
6. Interest in Interior Design and Textiles.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

College degree preferred.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $25 to $28 per hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward expertise, performance, and tenure.
