- Oversee all showroom operations to ensure seamless daily functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service through client order entry and follow-up.
- Maintain the sample room, manage supply flow, and organize the showroom, including ordering sample replenishments from Italy.
- Coordinate sample requests from agents on the East Coast and fabric schemes for clients.
- Develop and update organizational systems to manage showroom workflow.
- Assist clients in the showroom with their fabric needs.
- Handle order entry, follow-up, and proactive customer support.
- Perform various duties as requested by management.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional client focus with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP System is advantageous.
- Interest in Interior Design and Textiles.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
College degree preferred.
