1. Coordinate the Quality Control team to ensure fabric conformity with customer requirements.
2. Oversee the Product Quality Team in processing non-conformities throughout quality control points.
3. Lead the Quality and Process Testing Team in conducting technical measurements and process analyses in Q-Hubs.
4. Serve as a reference for problem-solving analyses related to process deviations and define corrective action plans.
5. Support the Operations team in performing process analyses.
6. Conduct statistical studies on the production process as needed.
7. Assist in drafting and optimizing Management or Technical Operating Procedures and Instructions related to Quality.
8. Promote corrective, preventive, and improvement actions in process control activities in collaboration with Production, Product Development, and Industrialization Teams.
9. Develop and refine Quality performance indicators.

1. Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent education.
2. 5-7 years of experience in a Quality role.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Minitab is a plus.
2. In-depth knowledge of Statistical Techniques, SPC, and MSA methodologies.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Objective-oriented with a strong problem-solving attitude.
5. Professional proficiency in English.

Minimum of 5 years in a Quality role, preferably within the textile or fashion industry.

Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
