1. Support Human Resources in Total Rewards initiatives.
2. Contribute to HR projects in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, HR Efficiency, CSR, and DEI.
3. Research benefits trends and employee preferences.
4. Assist in the review, development, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
5. Support the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and rejections.
6. Coordinate Joiner/Leaver data entry and onboarding preparation.
7. Participate in DEI initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
8. Contribute to the development and promotion of wellbeing initiatives.
9. Facilitate learning & development training sessions aligned with organizational goals.
10. Update HR SharePoint site content for accuracy and accessibility.
11. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement and internship events.
12. Monitor the HR inbox and forward messages to appropriate team members.
13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date company organization charts.
14. Support the HR team in various ad hoc projects, including research, presentations, and data analysis.

1. Previous HR internship experience is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Demonstrated passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is preferred.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $20 per hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
