1. Assist with all stages of the recruitment process, from initial recruiting to new hire onboarding.
2. Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and projects.
3. Facilitate learning and development training sessions aligned with organizational goals.
4. Update HR SharePoint site content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
5. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement and internship events.
6. Monitor the HR inbox and forward messages to appropriate team members.
7. Support the HR team in ad hoc projects such as research, presentations, and data analysis.
