1. Supervise maintenance operations for regional spaces including retail, outlet, e-commerce, wholesale, and corporate channels.
2. Manage scheduling, negotiation, and quality control for HVAC, cleaning, MEP, fire protection systems, inspections, and general repairs.
3. Utilize time management skills to prioritize and address urgent maintenance needs efficiently.
4. Negotiate prices and contracts for maintenance services with third-party vendors.
5. Coordinate vendor training initiatives and provide insightful feedback on performance.
6. Develop and maintain preventive service schedules and best practices.
7. Coordinate with landlords and government departments to adhere to lease standards and code compliance.
8. Conduct and oversee inspections of fire safety and elevator checks.
9. Travel to locations as required to uphold standards, perform facility management audits, and evaluate local vendors.
10. Implement sustainable planning and analysis strategies aligned with business objectives.
11. Manage vendors and contracts for facilities repair while troubleshooting technical issues.
12. Oversee repair and maintenance budgets, track expenses, and offer recommendations as necessary.
13. Establish service levels for stores, equipment technicians, contractors, and vendors.
14. Lead coaching operations on store conditions, roles, and responsibilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in facilities management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in store planning, operations, or project management.

1. Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD.
2. Highly organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Experience working with third-party vendors, service channels, and budget management.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
