1. Collaborate with store leadership to implement comprehensive action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance for the department.
2. Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies within the product category.
3. Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation of the department in alignment with Loro Piana’s standards.
4. Develop strong relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives to reflect an elevated brand image.
5. Manage post-sale services to enhance client relationships by ensuring the highest level of luxury service.
6. Partner with the Store Manager to oversee a successful team by delegating tasks and providing comprehensive training.
7. Lead the department to ensure an efficient approach towards achieving sales goals, fostering a motivated work environment.
8. Communicate sales updates and analyses regularly to department team members, fostering strategic planning initiatives.
9. Define and oversee both quantitative and qualitative objectives, tracking team achievements through performance analysis.
10. Provide support in operational procedures including inventory management, daily opening/closing activities, and shift planning.
11. Coordinate visual merchandising activities to ensure that products are displayed in accordance with Loro Piana standards.
12. Manage various department-related inventory activities to ensure that stock levels are aligned with sales potential.

1. 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
4. Passionate about the Loro Piana brand and the luxury industry.
5. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
