- Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans enhancing sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies within the product category.
- Maintain department organization and visual presentation to create a luxurious client atmosphere.
- Develop strong relationships with top clients through managing VIC initiatives.
- Manage post-sale services to enhance client relationships and ensure luxury service.
- Partner with the Store Manager to oversee team success by delegating tasks and providing training.
- Lead the department to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Communicate sales updates and analyses to team members for strategic planning.
- Define and oversee objectives, tracking team achievements through performance analysis.
- Support operational procedures including inventory management and shift planning.
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities to align with Loro Piana standards.
- Manage inventory activities to ensure stock levels align with sales potential.
- 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Passion for the Loro Piana brand and luxury industry.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Minimum of 5 years in management and sales, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Salary range of $125,000 to $140,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
