Department Manager

1. Collaborate with store leadership to implement comprehensive action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance for the department.
2. Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies within the product category.
3. Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation of the department in alignment with Loro Piana’s standards.
4. Develop strong relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives.
5. Manage post-sale services to enhance client relationships.
6. Partner with the Store Manager to oversee a successful team by delegating tasks and providing training.
7. Lead the department to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
8. Communicate sales updates and analyses to department team members.
9. Define and oversee both quantitative and qualitative objectives, tracking team achievements.
10. Provide support in operational procedures including inventory management and shift planning.
11. Coordinate visual merchandising activities.
12. Manage various department-related inventory activities.

1. 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
4. Passionate about the Loro Piana brand and the luxury industry.
5. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

The salary range is $125,000 to $140,000 per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
