- Collaborate with store leadership to implement comprehensive action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance for the department.
- Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies within the product category.
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation of the department in alignment with Loro Piana’s standards.
- Develop strong relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives.
- Manage post-sale services to enhance client relationships.
- Partner with the Store Manager to oversee a successful team by delegating tasks and providing training.
- Lead the department to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Communicate sales updates and analyses to department team members.
- Define and oversee both quantitative and qualitative objectives, tracking team achievements.
- Provide support in operational procedures including inventory management and shift planning.
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities.
- Manage various department-related inventory activities.
- 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
- Passionate about the Loro Piana brand and the luxury industry.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
The salary range is $125,000 to $140,000 per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
