- Lead and implement daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategies to enhance sales team performance.
- Maintain and update client data to ensure CRM database accuracy.
- Develop personalized shopping experiences tailored to clients' needs throughout their Loro Piana journey.
- Oversee clienteling reporting tools and ensure data capture and retention goals are met using the 'myTOUCH' app.
- Act as the primary liaison for the EMEA Marketing CRM team and WW Digital in-store team regarding CRM projects.
- Provide ongoing CRM and 'myTOUCH' training and support to the sales team.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize satisfaction and business relationship enhancement.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience and contribute to store success.
- Minimum 3 years of sales, VIC, and CRM experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of customer data analysis and relationship building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Minimum 3 years of sales, VIC, and CRM experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year, with flexibility to recognize expertise, performance, and tenure.
