1. Lead and implement daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategies to enhance sales team performance.
2. Maintain and update client data to ensure CRM database accuracy.
3. Develop personalized shopping experiences tailored to clients' needs throughout their Loro Piana journey.
4. Oversee clienteling reporting tools and ensure data capture and retention goals are met using the 'myTOUCH' app.
5. Act as the primary liaison for the EMEA Marketing CRM team and WW Digital in-store team regarding CRM projects.
6. Provide ongoing CRM and 'myTOUCH' training and support to the sales team.
7. Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize satisfaction and business relationship enhancement.
8. Develop comprehensive product knowledge to drive sales performance.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience and contribute to store success.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales, VIC, and CRM experience in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong knowledge of customer data analysis and relationship building.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital tools.
3. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
4. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
5. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 3 years of sales, VIC, and CRM experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year, with flexibility to recognize expertise, performance, and tenure.
