1. Design and execute daily, weekly and monthly clienteling strategies to drive sales performance and client retention.
2. Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data retention goals.
3. Develop personalised client journeys and curate tailored shopping experiences to maximise lifetime value.
4. Oversee clienteling reporting tools and the in‑store myTOUCH app to guarantee correct data capture, scheduling and reporting.
5. Act as the primary liaison with the EMEA Marketing CRM team and the WW Digital in‑store team for CRM and myTOUCH projects.
6. Deliver ongoing CRM and myTOUCH training and hands‑on support to the sales team to optimise adoption and effectiveness.
7. Apply deep product knowledge to support selling initiatives and enhance client conversations.
8. Collaborate with store colleagues on operations and inventory matters to ensure a seamless client experience.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales, VIC and CRM experience, preferably within luxury retail.
2. Demonstrable experience in customer data analysis and strategic client development.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; comfortable with digital tools and reporting platforms.
4. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills with a client‑first mindset.
5. Working knowledge of store operations and inventory processes.
6. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and to work on‑site at the Madison Avenue boutique.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
