1. Surpass personal sales targets and contribute to team growth while maintaining Loro Piana's standards.
2. Develop and apply extensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience and contribute to the store's success.
4. Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions and services.
6. Engage actively with clients to promote products, offer personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
7. Ensure store displays align with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Work with store leadership to implement action plans for improved sales performance.
9. Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within a luxury retail setting, is required.

The salary range is $24 to $26 USD per hour, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
