1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and luxury sales in accordance with Loro Piana standards.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and CRM activities to grow loyalty and lifetime value.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets through tailored product recommendations and coordinated selling strategies.
4. Manage stock and inventory processes, including receiving, replenishment and shrink control.
5. Represent and communicate the brand’s heritage, materials knowledge and product narratives to customers.
6. Support visual merchandising, store upkeep and on‑floor presentation to maintain the maison’s aesthetic and commercial standards.
7. Process sales transactions, manage returns/exchanges and assist with e‑commerce or order fulfillment as required.

1. Fluency in Japanese (native or business‑level) is required.
2. Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail sales or client advisory roles.
3. Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury environment.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with discretion, professionalism and a client‑first mindset.
5. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak retail periods.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in fashion, retail management, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
