1. Deliver an exceptional, client-focused experience for a discerning clientele in the Sea Resort boutique, consistently promoting the Brand image.
2. Execute the full sales process according to company standards, achieving qualitative and quantitative store targets.
3. Manage client relationships and after-sales service with care and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction, loyalty and appropriate follow-up.
4. Receive, merchandise and display product according to established procedures and visual guidelines.
5. Maintain boutique presentation and workplace tidiness in line with brand standards.
6. Handle client claims with supervisor support and escalate issues when necessary.
7. Collect and communicate client information and market feedback to Store Management.
8. Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across store categories.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Client Advisor or comparable sales role within a luxury boutique.
2. Strong alignment with Loro Piana's aesthetic, product ethos and high-touch service standards.
3. Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and clientelling skills.
4. Proven ability to manage after-sales, follow-up and client communications professionally.
5. Availability to work full-time during the seasonal period, including weekends and peak resort hours.
