1. Deliver personalised client service and advisory sales, guiding customers through product selection and wardrobe coordination.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and CRM updates to drive repeat business.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets while accurately recording transactions and managing POS operations.
4. Manage inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to uphold brand presentation standards.
5. Act as an ambassador of the brand's heritage and product knowledge, communicating fabric provenance and craftsmanship to clients.

1. Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales.
2. Fluency in Japanese (native-level or business fluent) is required.
3. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to represent a prestigious heritage brand.
