1. Prepare and manage layout and prepress of print files for lookbooks, seasonal catalogs, labels and product booklets, coordinating closely with external graphic design studios.
2. Collaborate with Product and Industrialization teams to define and implement new layout requirements and visual standards.
3. Oversee prototypes and color proofing with suppliers, ensuring technical accuracy and final approval of all printed materials.
4. Support packaging prototype project management and coordinate with Procurement for industrialization and supplier handover.
5. Track project timelines, monitor deadlines, and maintain clear cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery.

1. Bachelor's degree or current studies in Management, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
2. Fluent English, both spoken and written.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
5. Collaborative team player with adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a demonstrable passion for the luxury sector.
6. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
