Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a bag prototype specialist.
  2. Extensive knowledge of both high-quality and standard leathers.
  3. Proficiency in primary preparation methods.
Skills
  1. Expertise in operating various preparation machinery.
  2. Strong understanding of materials, machinery, and leather goods products.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  4. Willingness to share expertise with trainees.
  5. High precision and sense of responsibility.
Experience Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in bag prototyping is required.
