Loro Piana Assistant Operations Manager

1. Lead and develop the back-of-house team to ensure efficient execution of operational duties and merchandise logistics.
2. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to foster team growth.
3. Establish clear goals and accountability standards aligned with company objectives.
4. Support performance management in partnership with the Store Manager and leadership team.
5. Regularly track and report Operations KPIs, including After Sales metrics, to store leadership.
6. Oversee shipment processing and transfers with accuracy and timeliness.
7. Ensure seamless movement of merchandise from back-of-house to the sales floor.
8. Conduct cycle counts and perform regular audits to verify product quantities and conditions.
9. Investigate and report discrepancies, partnering with leadership to resolve issues.
10. Manage reservations and consignments in accordance with company guidelines.
11. Track, monitor, and facilitate alterations and repair orders.
12. Partner with sales and client advisors to ensure accurate intake, documentation, and follow-up of After Sales services.
13. Ensure the highest standards of sales support and client service are maintained.
14. Collaborate closely with sales teams to enable seamless execution on the sales floor.
15. Implement operational efficiencies that enhance client journey and support store sales objectives.
16. Build expertise in inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention programs.
17. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
18. Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled stockrooms.
19. Support management of operational expenses, including shipping/receiving and After Sales costs.
20. Monitor controllable expenses and contribute to strategies that reduce shrink and financial loss.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations or a similar role.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
