1. Facilitate the sales process and enhance the client experience through exceptional hospitality and expert assistance.
2. Support the sales team with product knowledge to elevate the client experience.
3. Build meaningful client relationships through communication via emails, hand-written notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
4. Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information.
5. Promote new products through personalized outreach to increase awareness and interest.
6. Maintain store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Collaborate with store management and the sales team to ensure merchandise is replenished and accessible.
8. Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.

1. 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
3. Strong teamwork abilities.
4. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
5. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales support, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

$24.00 to $27.00 per hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
