1. Facilitate the sales process and enhance the client experience through exceptional hospitality and expert assistance in line with Loro Piana standards.
2. Support the sales team by maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge to elevate the client experience.
3. Build meaningful client relationships through communication via emails, hand-written notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app to boost sales.
4. Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating relevant client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services to individual preferences.
5. Actively promote new products through personalized outreach, engaging clients with tailored messages to increase product awareness and interest.
6. Support in the maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Collaborate with store management and the sales team to ensure merchandise is properly replenished, well-maintained, and easily accessible for seamless operations.
8. Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors, contributing to the overall success of the business.

1. 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
