1. Drive sales and achieve targets within the Selfridges Longines and Tissot concession.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
3. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate brand values and product features.
4. Ensure the concession is visually merchandised to the highest standard.
5. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall performance of the concession.
6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to optimize stock availability.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watch industry.
2. Strong understanding of customer service principles and clienteling.
3. Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
