- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice to clients.

- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and customer expectations.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
- Attention to detail and high standard of personal presentation.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales or luxury retail are advantageous.
